PvZ BFN Glitch with upgrades

Product: Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

In what game mode did the bug occur? Main Hub
Summarize your bug When I promoted my night cap to advanced, I did not get my upgrades for it, when I promoted it to specialist, I got the upgrades, I want this fixed as I want spore-ratic in my final build for night cap
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test what happens when you promote your characters, sometimes, you do not get the upgrades, I think it happened because before I got the packets giving me the upgrade, it just crashed and I had to relog
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

Happened when I promoted and then crashed, I gave clear coating but I don’t have spore-ratic

    @littledkj2002 The two headed dragon upgrade is currently disabled for all players until an exploit for it is fixed.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    @shcheung90 I have forwarded your information to the team.  I will update if they get back to me.

    Update: @shcheung90  Please restart your game and check to see if you've got the upgrades now.

    Themushen and Sleepysaur Xbox One. Same issue with Two Headed Dragon being unavailable.

    @abc6Oe8MQeMh6e As mentioned earlier in this post, The two headed dragon upgrade is currently disabled for all players until an exploit for it is fixed.

    I had this problem also with my solider his first two unlock able abilities were still locked when I promoted him
