So for almost a year now, i have not been able to play PvZ BfN on PC at all. All i can do is open up the game, and once it's past the title screen and it shows the flower loading icon with the BfN logo, after a little bit it my game freezes or crashes. This isn't a problem with my computer, it's a problem with my game, because i was banned. I can't even access single player which is a huge deal since it made me miss a lot of the seasonal prize maps and i was close to mastering all of the characters in the game.
Right when i was about to get banned, two people kept taunting me in giddy park and then 10 minutes later i got disconnected from multiplayer and got sent to the title screen. At first i thought it was just a random bug so i tried many troubleshooting methods to fix it, none of them worked, then after the whole banning situation that happened in September of last year, only then i realized i got banned and that it wasn't a bug. I think what's preventing me from entering giddy park is my heavily altered grand master level because while i can't know my GM level cause i can't load into giddy park, i've seen people who have the exact same problem as i do and their grand master rank is something absurd like negative 2 billion.
So after the anti-cheat update that happened today, I got excited since I thought maybe I would be unbanned on PC, but nope, i still can't access single player or multiplayer and the game still freezes when I'm about to enter giddy park. This game needs to have an unban script in it like GW2 does because me and many others are bricked from accessing core parts of the game.

@Mikimuster3 This isn't a official ban from EA so account disputes can't do anything about it, and there is no system in place in this game for EA to officially give players warnings or bans. The issue i had was a softlock caused by some random hacker, i just called it a ban because it prevents me from accessing the games' main content.
I have no bans according to them . Yet I am in the same boat. https://youtu.be/oCwn4_Tv5YQ EA has known about this for over a year and refuses to fix it. That is fraud as they are paid for the server and game time . By all of the players.

@Velarde845 As much that everybody in the community would like to see those things happen... the only thing that has a reasonable chance to happen to the game is that EA will hopefully, 100% patch using ban tools on people in BFN & unban people that got affected by it that are unable to access the game. The other requests won't happen sadly because the team that is working on fixing the current issues with the PvZ shooters are only there to fix critical issues with the game, not fix bugs or to add new / restore content.
