@Velarde845 As much that everybody in the community would like to see those things happen... the only thing that has a reasonable chance to happen to the game is that EA will hopefully, 100% patch using ban tools on people in BFN & unban people that got affected by it that are unable to access the game. The other requests won't happen sadly because the team that is working on fixing the current issues with the PvZ shooters are only there to fix critical issues with the game, not fix bugs or to add new / restore content.

We wanted to follow up and see if you can log into BFN again for me and check your account. We want to see if anything has changed. Let us know what it looks like in the game for you and any screenshots would be appreciated!

@EA_Shepard I literally cannot believe this... I actually have access to the game again. I am able to log into public & private giddy park now, i am really grateful that i was unbanned because i haven't been able to play this game for almost a year now. I really want to say thank you to you and to whoever was responsible for fixing this issue i had, and I'm even more surprised that my progress hasn't been affected one bit. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Everything in-game looks normal like how it should be, and i attached a screenshot that shows that my rank is normal and that i can play multiplayer now.

OK, one less thing on the list, now the bugs in the game add the mixed mode and the plants are missing a character in order to balance the game and put the private mode in 8 vs 8 so that everyone can play

That is great to hear! Please let us know if anything else happens that prevents you from playin!The team is still looking into this, and we appreciate other players listing their information as well!
