Dear EA Community Staff, In February, my main account was hacked. The hacker accessed my account and altered my Master Rank to an extremely high number. I had spent $90 on the account, but now I can no longer access BFN with this account. Which means its a breach of my personal account privacy I used to spend at least $90 on my BFN account but now I have lost ALL of my financial purchases on this account. My main account ID is Remlnlscence, and its email is [edit: email address removed].

If you can indeed provide feedback to PopCap Studios, please have them check the server information or directly log into the two account IDs I have provided. The hacker team can exploit vulnerabilities in the game’s underlying code to remotely modify player data, maliciously changing it to extremely exaggerated numbers, which causes the game to fail to load locally.
