Dear EA Community Staff, In February, my main account was hacked. The hacker accessed my account and altered my Master Rank to an extremely high number. I had spent $90 on the account, but now I can no longer access BFN with this account. Which means its a breach of my personal account privacy I used to spend at least $90 on my BFN account but now I have lost ALL of my financial purchases on this account. My main account ID is Remlnlscence, and its email is [edit: email address removed].
There are already many players in the community who have been maliciously attacked by hackers. I really don’t want to see my favorite game turn into this kind of situation. Please help us BFN players. I understand that you might not be able to make changes directly, but please inform PopCap Studios about this issue. We really need official assistance and can no longer be ignored. Thank you if you can see this.
