pvz bfn switch not working

Product: Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Platform:Nintendo Switch

In what game mode did the bug occur? Not really sure
Summarize your bug when i try to log in online it doesn't work and says connecting to ea servers but pokemon unite and super smash brothers work online so i don't get it
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by checking your servers and seeing why my switch isn't connecting
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? 80s Action Hero
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? it was not with a character its in the start menu
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

when i start the game and press a for online it says unable to connect to ea servers at this time

    @Scolipede72 Super simple fix. Go into system settings and change your time to be synchronized with the internet. To do this you must go into system settings and scroll to the very bottom. Then, scroll down a little bit to find "Date and Time." Click on date and time and turn on "Synchronize Clock vie Internet." Afterwards, restart your system just in case. If this alone does not work, check for updates for both the game and your system.
