@Ayyds I apologise regarding your issue mate. There’s been many reports on this particular issue on all platforms. You could try uninstalling your Deluxe Edition on your Xbox first, then reinstalling it, or contact EA regarding your issue here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=plants-vs-zombies-battle-for-neighborville&community=true%C2%A0. I’m hoping that that helps you out somewhat. 🙂
- 6 years ago@TheSprinter85 I chatted with EA HELP for nearly 2 hours and they were unable to resolve this. They recommended I request a refund through Microsoft.

@Ayyds If you haven’t already, try restarting your Xbox console once and see if that does anything. It’s probably best to request a refund, or wait for a patch and see if you then get your items. 😞🙂

On what platform do you play?
I would recommend getting in contact with EA Support, if you haven't done that.If you play on XBOX can you try clearing your MAC Adress?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.- 6 years ago
