On what platform do you play?
I would recommend getting in contact with EA Support, if you haven't done that.
If you play on XBOX can you try clearing your MAC Adress?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
Unfortunately. the MAC reset didnt help ☹️

@ArtekAU Are you saying that you still can't get the content? Can you restart your game client and check the store to see if you have anything to download, then check Rux again?
