PvZ free: lost all data because of an ad

I was playing the first PvZ game til a week ago, when an ad popped up. I skipped it, and when the game came back, it froze. I had to hard close and reopen it, but when I did, I noticed all my progress was gone. All my achievement, all my coins, all the plants and minigames unlocked, back to zero.

I sent a help request here on the EA help center, but everytime I receive an answer, it's from a different "person" who has no idea of what happened and needs me to explain it all over again, sending my email address and the screenshot with my player ID again, even writing them inside the message again, and saying that the game is actually the first PvZ and NOT other installments like Heroes or Pvz2. Again. It happened 3 times in a row up until now. 

I don't know what to do anymore, I'm stuck in an endless loop of useless answers from bots, I hope someone here can give me a hand fixing this problem cause I had collected way too much stuff for it to be redone from scratch, and if it will get deleted again it will all have been useless.
