If I bought deluxe digital upgrade using my account, will my daughter account get it as well (z7, BBB) ?

My feeling, it's not.

I had to get one of the last updates twice because my daughter really wanted party citron. I've heard that it's possible to buy once and apply to sub accounts, but I don't believe it.

  you will need to buy twice, if you are using separate accounts, i had a similar incident with My little cousin, on SW (Battlefront 1), i could only play the expansion packs with his account. so yes, you will have to buy twice, sorry for the inconvenience. (and yes I am on PS4 as well, no shortcuts)
