People seriously need to step back and look at this from a different perspective. Take a look at the games PopCap has made in the past. I took a quick glimpse and saw nothing that resembled a 3rd person shooter... or a shooter at all. At a glance it looked like everything they made were games for Tablets or Arcade titles.
This isn't a AAA Title like Battlefield 4. This is a game that took a franchise favorite and changed it's genre. This is no longer a tower defense style of game. This is now a 3rd person shooter. There is no way of them knowing how popular that genre change would be, especially with the competition out there. Who cares if they forgot some "key features in every shooter game on PC"? Look at their game history and tell me how much experience they even have with multiplayer of any sort.
For what they did, I applaud them. They took a game franchise and turned it upside down to cross genres. It's a learning process and they did well on their first attempt. They also did a decent job of pushing out some good fixes in a timely manner... along with some fun and free DLC.
i just want to know if i will be able to play with my girlfriend and more friends at the same time playing in our own servers or if we will be able to search for our people. or if we will be able to enjoy this game because of the interface too..
Everyone knows that mac, microsoft, google and soon popcap are amazing and they take some idea and now we have a very beautifull game... (great for everyone) I just want to make them care about the people they are working with (they play other games with more important options like to join the same game your girlfriend is playing without invitation. (this and the disgusting micro sistem.
I will be glad if they change just some menu options i really think the game is awsome. (but to have problems to find my friends its not my idea of a great work doing a game... (and its easy to do because they said they were going to change some options for pc version
