I did contact the above.....message was read but nothing was fixed with my profile.

To the people that had this fixed already, did he reply back or anything?

    i'm still having the same problem i have to play the tutorial every time I log in to the EA servers. I am also unable to save some of my customizations and upgrades to my unlocked characters. i'm playing on PC.
