Here is this, explains how to get a DXDiag and Crash Logs if it is crashing. Also has some common problems:
really gutted, spec says MINIMUM directx10, I have DX11 and rest of spec is well within the spec of my laptop yet I still get the error.
Wasted my money on a game that I cant play because no one told me that only a few Intel based laptops could play the game.
shameful and disgusting they should specify in the game details that only a FEW laptops can play the game.
The GPU requirements take care of 99% of average laptops being ignored.
