For the past 7-10 days, it has been unbearable to play PvZ due to horrible lagging and pausing of the game. It never did anything like that the first 100 hours of game play, but now it's doing it constantly. Is anyone else having that problem? And does anyone know what is causing it and if there's going to be a fix?
This issue is on all platforms, & is down to problems with their servers. I have tried all avenues to get a response about this, but I have heard absolutely nothing from either Popcap or EA. It seems to be a case of "We've already got your money, now we don't care." You won't get much help on these forums either. The advisors on here are nothing to do with Popcap or EA. They are merely fellow players such as yourself, & their knowledge is limited. PVZ GW is a great game ruined. Such a shame. One option is for you to do as I did - return your game & demand a full refund. The game is not fit for purpose & is unplayable, therefore the product is faulty & you are entitled to a full refund, in cash. Also, Popcap will not receive another penny from me, ever.
No the issue you are talking about is 360 only. PS3 is connecting for us, as well as the other platforms.

@cmcrich2 It looked like sony was having some issues the other day, but it working fine now. Im going to assume you tried the usual offenders: Reboot router, try to have a wired connection, reboot the console?
Is it just one game mode in particular having the issue?
