PVZ GW unable to retreive saved data

when game is launched, I get this error message "failed to retrieve saved data". What do I do to resolve this?

Hi all, this issue should be confirmed fixed on all platforms now.

Please check the game again, let us know if you encounter any further issues.

Saved data from pvz gw is gone. I did not delete it. It was all there yesterday. Today is gone. How? Why? What is going on? How do I get it back?

@AuroraJester I've been playing everyday with my son, just have 2 trophies left to 100%, but since yesterday "failed to retrieve your saved file" keeps showing. Battle for neighborville runs ok, just garden warfare is doing this. On ps4.
