PVZ GW unable to retreive saved data

when game is launched, I get this error message "failed to retrieve saved data".  What do I do to resolve this?

Hi all, this issue should be confirmed fixed on all platforms now.

Please check the game again, let us know if you encounter any further issues.

@EA_David It's happening again. I'm on Playstation 4. After the latest software update, the saved data just vanished. I am not the only one experiencing this.
