PvZ GW2 & 1 on PS4 crashes all the time

I bought PVZ GW2 for PS4 and when I start to play Garden OPS or Multiplayer, after a couple of minutes it crashes. An 'error pop-up" appears on the screen, I have to go back to the main menu and I lost everything.

Same problem with PvZ GW 1!

Those games cost me €120 so I really want a solution!

What's the error that you get on screen? It sounds as though you might be disconnecting.

My friend had the same problem on his old internet this is caused by weak internet consider getting new internet
