PvZ GW2 Level 46 Glitch (Still not resolved after a year and a half)

Question

I had a problem with with my super commando and arctic trooper over a year and a half ago (around May 2017).

I promoted my Arctic Trooper and Super Commando from elite to super elite, but every time I went into multiplayer, I would keep the coins gotten from the promotions, but my characters would be elite again (not to mention my Arctic Trooper was level 11 elite). So I saved my game after I promoted my characters for the third or fourth time to see what happens, and when I went into multiplayer, I said they were master rank. So I played with them a bit, and then they reached levels from -7 to 1. So when I both got them to "level 1 master," I returned to my backyard, only to see them with no rank plate and they were "level 46," even though they were master rank.

It happened a long time ago and it still hasn't been resolved. I've tried power cycling my console many times, I've cleared my cache and yet nothing has happened. When I have made two other posts saying that the solutions EA support gave me didn't work, I get no response. This is mainly why I stopped playing the game and it really annoys me that I can't resolve this mess. I really don't know what to do, I want to at least get a response with a solution, because my second post got almost no attention at all. I would really appreciate any help I can get.

Can you take a screen&nbsp;shot or record short video and share on youtube?

@charlesallwolf&nbsp;Unfortunately there's often not a lot that can be done if there are strange account anomalies, we don't have tools for such edge cases.&nbsp;

One thing I'd like to try is to go to a different console with the game, then see if the issue is replicated there. This may not be possible in your circumstances, but it's worth trying if you can.

Also, do you have the case numbers for your previous contacts, I'll have a look to see if more could be done. If you don't have these, can you DM me any other account names you may have used before? I ask because I can't see any cases attached to your posting account.

@EA_David&nbsp;I had contacted EA support through twitter, but the account I was using no longer exists, so I can't link you the tweets. As for the gameclips and screenshots, I have unfortunately deleted them by accident while clearing unnecessary files from&nbsp;the console. However I have taken new screenshots to show you but I won't be able to show the gameclips since they are gone.I will try to test the solution you gave me, which is to test the game with my gamertag on another Xbox. I might do that on my friend's Xbox, but I'm not 100% sure if I can yet.Thank you for responding.

There has been people saying that there’s a guy banned Bier who is making peoples accounts level 46 making them unable to even play bfn and only allows you to play garden warfare 2 offline. Im assuming thus is illegal but some person saying he’s a dev us giving dev tools to people.
