Pvz gw2 multiplayer not working

I can play Pvz GW2 online multiplayer. I don't have an under aged account. I don't know what to do.

    Hey @Amojo20 , are you playing on PC or console (if so, which one)? What happens when you try to play online, are you getting an error message?

    The error message says "you or a member of your group does not have the correct permissions to access online features".
