PVZ GW2 no characters showing

Hi, I logged into my accout and only the beginning characters are showing. Ive unlocked most of them already. Everything else on my account is still working. Is there maintenance going on or a bug? Thanks!

    Did you get any support on this issue? I'm having the same problem and had hoped the resolution would be in response to your question.
