@Muiddinbf3 Hey, following up on this one. I tested this out on PC and console and did not receive any errors. As of right now, when you log in and try to play, are you getting errors?

Hi, thank you for your response.
I noticed something. I can play the game using a VPN, so it seems to be related to the service provider. I can also play the game using mobile internet.
The installed games section does not appear in the EA Desktop app either. When I try to search for a game and go to it, it doesn't work. When a VPN or mobile internet is active, those sections appear as well.
But I can play PVZ Neighborville and Battlefield 1 without a VPN.
I am from Turkey and I use Türk Telekom as my internet service provider.

The issue was caused by a setting called 'Safe Internet Profile.' I turned it off and it was resolved.

Thank you.Thanks for letting me know. That is good to call out as I would not have thought about a save internet profile like that! That may help a lot of others having similar issues!
