You get keys from the Red Chest in the town hall for 50 rainbow stars. It's not a guaranteed chance you will get a key but apparently, it's a 75% chance. If the town hall isn't open now then you can't get the chests and you will have to wait for the town hall to open.
- @imaPetalhead Dose it matter if u open the chest first bc I did now the door won't open I got the key out the pack then opened the door with the lock and now its saying no doors unlocked
No, it does not. If you remember what colour key you got, then walk up to that door, a cutscene will play. and unlock the door. If you do not, it should be in the mailbox near the entrance of either base, and in there tell you which key you have. Also, make sure you actually opened the pack
