PvZ GW2 Xbox one "Connection to EA servers timed out"

(xbox one) Does anyone know what to do if it says "Connection to EA servers timed out" and im pretty sure my network connection is fine ,I click 'A' on the pop up then afterwards it says to 'Press...

@HayleySMC I fixed mine! Signing out of my account then opening the game without signing then signing in when prompted by the menu button worker!

Having same problem since Friday 28th of July with my little lads xbox.... The method of signining out whilst it's connecting to server then signing back in is the only. Method I've found to work... But surly cant be doing this all the time.... At what point do EA start to look into this matter?

I have contacted EA support with a case and haven’t had anything done for the problem. I haven’t been able to play for weeks ☹️ it says “servers times out”

Yes, its quite annoying having to sign out and then sign back in to play, but so far this is the only method 😖
