PvZ GW2 Xbox one "Connection to EA servers timed out"

(xbox one) Does anyone know what to do if it says "Connection to EA servers timed out" and im pretty sure my network connection is fine ,I click 'A' on the pop up then afterwards it says to 'Press...

    @HayleySMC I fixed mine! Signing out of my account then opening the game without signing then signing in when prompted by the menu button worker!

I am also having this issue. What’s weirder is that when my friend in Michigan loads up the game, they get in perfectly fine, however I can only get in to the servers when we are in a discord call with each other, and I live in North Carolina.
