Hi no I haven't used the trial before.
I pulled the power cable out as advised but it didn't work. I also uninstalled the game and re installed it but the problem remains.

@epimetheus_x1 @sithee123 - Sorry for the late reply, are you still having an issue getting the game to load on XB1?

What screen are you getting stuck on? How long are you waiting on that screen?

  Hi it's the screen with the flower symbol in the bottom right corner.
  I have left it "loading" for over 15 minutes but it doesn't work.
  As I mentioned previously I have un installed and re-installed the game but the problem is still there.

    @sithee123 - When the loading screen starts to hang and won't load can you press the XBOX button to go to the home screen and then go back into the PvZ: GW2 app and see if that lets you in?
