when I try to login to the game I get this error
"You have lost your connection to the EA Servers, you
will be unable to access any online features until you
reconnect."
OK" and I contacted the ea support but they told me to make this forum since none of the solutions they gave me work
hi this is my alt account I asked people they told me I needed to buy a new copy and that's why I made this alt account I purchased a new copy of the game
had the same error message BUT in a different way, i was able to get in the game but the main issue was that my game sometimes would freeze and keep repeating the same sound when it freezed over and over until it will unfreeze, sometime it can happen once and fast, sometimes these freezes can happen 1 at a time like freeze unfreeze freeze unfreeze, the other time its just freezes for a long time about 20-30 sec and then unfreezes, but by far THE MOST annoying its when it freezes completely and my game crashing and this message pops up. idk if thats cuz im from banned in EA and not only EA country(which is russia and as you might know Russia and Belarus are both banned in a lot of company games and other ones that has website that are not from these countries) or its just the thing that is happening with EA server to ALL of us and mb cuz they pay less attention to them
