PvZ Hero’s PvP Disconnect

After starting a pvp battle, the initial screen showing who you are playing against pops up before black screening to enter the match. I have had several matches get stuck on this black screen with the loading flower in the bottom right. No amount of waiting will allow you to load in, and this results in a loss. Incredibly frustrating. Playing in North America, please fix this bug.
