PvZ heroes : Can’t report player
I play PvZ heroes on IPhone and played ranked against people with suspicious decks ( reincarnations spam ) I’ve been trying to report but can’t manage to:
I clicked every button on the settings of PvZ heroes but none would do, even the contact support which just brings me to the site telling me to go back on the game to find the ( non existent ) contact us button bringing me to a loop of tries that wasted me some hours
i’ve also been trying links sent by the devs but they bring me to the same page
@caillou2coI actually went in and attempted to contact support too, to see what options came up, however I saw no actual options to report other players either, which seems really weird. It might even be worth reporting a player under another topic which is as relevant as possible (perhaps by using the report a bug topic, and then selecting give feedback). EA should add the option topic to report other players. I don't see why it should not be easy to report other players, I looked for the specific article that allow players to report other players, but could not find it. This should be rectified.
