PvZ Heroes Balance Update for 2024

First of all, I am really grateful the developers are taking some feedback from the community and I want to give my little contribution to make this update as best it can be! I think for whoever made this update is already aware of the multiple bugs introduced to some of the cards so I won’t touch that issue. I’d like to talk about some balance changes that personally I would like to address and discuss in the game, I’ve been playing PvZ Heroes for years and I have some ideas how you could make it even better. Personally I think some of the changes were unnecessary and problematic - like the puff shroom nerf that I’m glad you reverted it back guys-  the Grass Knuckles signature superpower nerf was never the problem for the hero, and why it had such a high win rate, I’d personally like to see it coming back to the original state so it doesn’t take away the aggressive plays you could make with the hero and completely get him out of the meta, same issue I have with Solar Flare’s signature Super Power, a nerf wasn’t needed for her, getting just 1 extra sun for just 1 turn it’s not better than getting 1 for the rest of the game - I say 1 because even though it says 2 you spend 1 sun to play a super power - I’d like it if it can be reverted back, or maybe even buffed to getting +3 sun that turn so you actually gain 2 sun that turn.

Acid Rain from the Zombie side should hit all lanes, it will make it more consistent and buff some of the heroes that have a low win rate and really need the buff -such as Brain Freeze and Immorticia- like Storm Front superpower in the plant side, Acid Rain should be able to hit all lanes.

And finally because I don’t want to extend the message too much, you should buff Green Shadow’s signature superpower to work on all the ground lanes (not just the middle lane) Green Shadow has had a history for being known as a weak hero, and her signature has been known to be one of the weakest in the entire game, Green Shadow’s signature being able to hit all ground lanes is a balanced buff and it’ll make her an overall better hero.
I have some other ideas in mind but I don’t want to stretch it too much, if one developer is seeing this reply and want to hear a couple more I’ll be glad to provide you with them. Thank you very much for listening to the community and make the update possible!

  • Regarding Acid Rain hitting all lanes, you should also make Scorched Earth superpower for the plant side hit all lanes so both powers for zombie and plants are balanced, it will make Chompzilla and Solar Flare better heroes and making them have more reliable superpowers compared to heroes such as Rose.

  • Hi PvZ Heroes developers, I’m back with some Superpower reworks/buffs that I’m very sure will make PvZ Heroes so much more fun and competitive for everyone, Here is the feedback:

    • Whirlwind: bounce a zombie with the highest Strength.
    • Scorched Earth: All zombies get -1/-1
      Pummel Pummel: Deal 2 damage in each ground lane
    • Ensign uproot: Amphibious 2/2
    • Lieutenant Carrotron: 2/2 teamup
    • Cut down to size: Destroy a plant with 4 or more
    • Precision Blast: Attack for 5 in a ground lane
    • Encrypted: Hide a zombie into a gravestone, when revealed this zombie gets +1/+1. Draw a card
    • Dolphinado: Bounce a plant with the highest Strength
    • Heroic Health: Heal your Hero by 6. Draw a card
    • Acid Rain: All plants get -1/-1
