PvZ Heroes keeps crashing so much that I can't even get past the intro part

It's really annoying! I have installed the game but when I try to play it, it crashes after a short time and it turns me back on start when I turn it on again. PopCap Support doesn't even have PvZ He...

Hey @GamingCenterYT

When you go through help.ea.com you should be able to choose PvZ: Heroes as an option and there's other categories.

For the particular issue you're having I would recommend checking out this article for troubleshooting steps you can try.

    I already tried that guide but it didn't helped. I heard many other people also have same issue as me so I think it's a game issue. I am also playing PvZ 2 and it runs fast and smoothly and PvZ Heroes doesn't seem to have much bigger hardware requirements than it. I am really looking forward to play this game so I will be very happy if you fix this soon.

      Any luck with this? I'm in exactly the same position. The game goes through the initial load, the music starts but sounds dreadful, and then when it asks me to select my age it crashes the moment I touch the slider.

      Any progress? :/
