PvZ Heroes no My account button

Are you connected to the internet when you play? you might have to re-install the game, which could be a real GRRRRR moment as you could potentially lose anything you have created/gained. I've had to re-install at times to see if the issues I've had are resolved. I have got an account, and I've connected to facebook. Anything you gain as free, EA will replace if lost. But if you've bought cards and have proof they will generally replace. My account button wasn't always visible so I do know/understand your problem. But before you spend too much time building up a set of cards. I suggest you, remove the game and try re-installing, make sure you connected to internet on a stable signal and then when you get an account connect it to FB, and to EA.

Hmmm.. I tried this also but I will try it again later once I have time and send you results.

I hope it works. As its a great game, I just don't want you to lose any effort you put in to the game to be lost. I've had issues myself, so I know how frustrating it can be. fingers crossed.

Im so sorry. I was waiting for responses for a week and then when I came here to check and I saw that my post wasnt here. I guess it didnt upload for some kind of odd reasoncso here it is again :

Unfortunatelly it didnt work for me..  I tried your suggestions and reinstalled the game -> turned it on -> game downloaded -> asked for my age (set above 18) -> (here it should ask about restoring my progress but it didnt) -> the first commic apeared -> tutorial started -> I finished the tutorial (and the first plant level that they tell you to do) -> oppened settings -> button missing.

Im getting hopeless as this thread is really small and little to no people know about this. This way developers dont have a chance to know about this issue beacose as it seems not many people have this weird problem. If the next uptade somehow doesnt fix it then I quit. As you might have noticed from my previous posts I am really frustrated.

Have you tried opening the game via Facebook at all? Because you can link your game to Facebook. In fact this is something that has been mentioned by EA help before. To connect your game to your Facebook as this can also save your game progress. You go to Facebook and open your game from there, and then you can go to the settings. 

I dont know if you can do it on tablet/mobile device but ill try and look for it

Yeah so when I oppened Facebook, found PvZHeroes and tapped on "play game" it oppened google play store and sent me to download PvZ Heroes - wich I already have so I pressed play. Results are still the same.

I don't know what else to suggest as this has worked for me. Your only hope only option left are EA help, and even though you don't have an account button you do have a player ID. Or if anyone else replies to this post with any new suggestions. How frustrating.. 

Now on my old phone Samsung S4 the button disappeared few days ago. Looks like common problem.

@hojin528 I hope so. Since currently lack of pepole have this problem waiting is our only hope. Note that I have this problem for alredy about 2 months. Sometimes when an uptade goes live some stuff magicaly fixes so I hope it will pop up again. If it wont I dont know what to do.. I tried messaging support but it feels that I know more about the issue than them.

@Kermo3 yeah I had it working on my old phone too. For me it personaly dissapeared on my new device first. It was when there was the "Network error" bug that made the game unplayable (Ill send here thread about the bug if I can find it). The solution from support to fix this bug was to reinstall the game (obivously it didnt help). After that when they rolled out an uptade that fixed this issue the button wasnt here.

On my old phone howerver I never reinstalled the game so the button was always there and so was my acount. However since I wanted to resolve the issue on the new device I tried reinstalling the game on the old phone - and the button also dissapeared from the old phone

This draws me also to thaink that many people have this issue but they wont know about it if they wont reinstall the game.

My son problem started, when few days ago he wasn't able to start the game on his Android device, it crashed with some Resources not found error and it was permanent. He uninstalled game and wanted to re download from Google Play, but it wasn't possible. Download also crashed, then I gave him my old S4, he updated game and connected account with his profile and it looked ok, but after one day, he noticed, that his winning stars are disappearing, also his gems after game close and opening it again, then he wanted to reconnect his account, but the button wasn't there anymore 🙂

So strange..
