Hmm, I haven't seen such issues specifically manifesting for PvZ Heroes since the latest update. This implies that the issue might be local, so the first thing to try would be a device restart, if you haven't done one recently. If you have, or it was ineffective, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I tried already the common things like restarting and un installing but the issue continues, the only thing I haven't done is reseting the phone but I don't do it unless it's an actual fix
