Pvz Heroes Store Pack Issues
The only pack in the store is the premium pack. I know this has happened for a long time, but everywhere else it says the only solution is for support to fix it themself.

Same problem here, since they were going to add the free pack yesterday, only appears in the store the premium pack, I've asked EA help and after 6 messages asking all the times for things I'd already provided, they told me that they couldn't do anything. In this forum I've found that this exact problem has been appearing for 7 years, and that the only possible solutions (that could help or not) is buying the premium pack that appears (didn't work for me) or to buy a pack with real money.
Same here. None of the holiday promotions worked either. Merry Christmas from EA....

Hey All,
With the holidays here support is very limited. I have a couple of issues with the game being tracked I have alerted the team about. I gotta wait for them to look into things before any action can be taken. It happened to me as well in my game so it is a game issue and not just an individual issue for sure.
