Will The Jack O' Lantern And Trick Or Treater Be Able To Be Acquired Without Paying Real Money?

Firstly, Trick or Treater can be collected for 400 gems, so you don't have to pay real life money for it.
Secondly, as the user above me said, you are currently able to craft them both for currently 1000 sparks. It may be 2000 sparks in an upcoming update. Also, Mayflower and Turkey Rider should soon be craftable as well.
