pvz need User credentials while use eaplay

@Chokelex What are all the ways you tried to resolve this?

Including restarting the computer, trying to enter user credentials, reinstalling the game, and changing dns, because I also considered vpn because I was in China. But it still doesn't work. I'm using the eapaly that comes with Xboxgamepass.

@Chokelex Is the game downloaded through the Xbox app itself? When you launch the game, does the EA app pop up and try to load the game and then you get that error?

nope,when I use xbox app to start,eaapp also start and than the game began.After that the earro also show itself.
