(PvZ) Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville load issue (EA anticheat ? )

Hello everyone. I am Sam from Italy. I have been playing Plants VS Zombies Battle for Neighborville installed and launched via Steam (with EA app open in background) for a while. It's incredible that since 2 months ago I can't play PvZ BfN anymore because there's an issue with probably EAanticheat that doesn't let me load the game. Can anybody help me? I send down here the screenshot and the .dmp file from EA (nvm it doesn't let me send the dmp file, but I managed to send the screenshot .png of the error).
