PvZ Shooters
Hi EA, people are saying that PvZ shooters are dead and all I want to know is if in the next 3 to 4 years are we going to get a new game

I do hope we get a new game. It looks bad right now with BfN losing support so early and no news of a new one, plus considering the status of the Vancouver studio and devs. That being said, the demand is real, and a new game done right would be awesome.
Now while the PvZ Shooters have had no content support in over a year, I still will continue to hold at least a little hope for this franchise. I would mostly prefer a new shooter over changes to the current shooters, as the current shooters have already lost support for a while now, and a new shooter could address and remove at least most of the issues that the current shooters have had in the past (Good Example: Hit Registration or Hit Detection Issues). If a new shooter was not possible, however, adding some content to a current PvZ Shooter would still be satisfying as the player base of these games are still quite large. However, as there are no developers working on the shooters at the moment, both of these options currently seem unlikely, but I still have some hope for a good turnaround for the PvZ Shooters. That being said, Rux is getting added back in to GW2 again after his stocks expired, so who knows maybe that means something ... ? 😇
Perusing YouTube even small channels get a lot of views for the GW games. One channel with a small sub base of just 155 got 14k views for their; 'Garden Warfare 1 in 2021' video. (I haven't watched it yet so didn't want to link it in case it contains foul language), but their name is: DevlishDairy).
And that's for the original game that not only got a direct and indirect sequel but has been out since 2014! Imagine if someone like Zack Scott went and did GW/GW2 videos again, he has millions of views on those, and his BfN videos didn't do that badly either (I'm in a few too, although not many and obviously not prominent, just thought it was cool to see)!
People love these games and if GW2 had full support things would be even better. Now I imagine a new game, a GW3, would be the best idea so they can use the newer version of Frostbite and add bells and whistles, but regardless of how it's done, we really do need a new shooter!
Didn't they say that BFN was supposed to be the bridge between GW2 and GW3? This makes me think that eventually they will put out a GW3.
