PVZ2 Unable to Login in to EA

Unable to Login to my EA account in Plants vs Zombies 2 on xbox one.

Hi @hydrocomic

First you need to restart your modem / router.

Then go to Settings /  Network / Advanced / Alternative Mac Address / Clear +  reboot.

I have followed your instructions but I am still having the same problem. This is very frustrating.
