10 years agoHave you tried running the game in a clean boot to see if that affects the connection? Will show if something else is interfering.
If the issue continues happening, wait until it does and then run a UO trace. That will hopefully show up where in the connection the issue is. Additionally when you've been disconnected have you tried connecting to other services to see if they're available at the time PvZ isn't?
One other thing you could try is on a different PC at the time you're not able to connect on the one you're using now (on the same network). I know that's not always logistically possible but if you did have another computer it's definitely something else to rule out.

I'll try the first and second solution if I have time. However, there's only one useable computer(the other one bought in 2007and it's XP without a discrete graphic)in my home and I think I'm unable to try the third solution.
