I'd say your son is fine to play this game. I don't understand why Rashad told you the things he did. It actually sounds like he had no idea what game you were talking about. I believe every account probably should be created by the parent if you're purchasing an Xbox live membership. As for the game itself I see no reason besides mild animated violence. There's no blood, no real gore in my opinion. Some people are funny about what they let their kids play understandably. I just don't think this is a game to worry about. My only suggestion would be to turn off chat. Occasionally you get the kid or even adult that likes to swear which is unfortunate.
