PvZGW2 not for kids, but it's rated Everyone 10+? And it's only online?

But when I try to create an account for him, it says it cannot create the account. Do I have lie about his age, to make him an adult, so he can use the account?

We'd need to know the exact error message which you are receiving before we could offer any advice.

    First off, go to parental permissions and turn off chat capability so he does not get rude messages, then block Rashad on your account so he will no longer bother you.  I don't know very well how xbox works, unfortunately.  This seems like an issue that the online help desk should be able to help with.  Maybe it's possible that his account is set to not allow online play?  With xbox live and an EA account, he absolutely should be able to access all game play.
