What kind of graphics card do you have ?

If you don't have one that supports directX 11 as the error message suggests, you won't be able to play the game on that computer.

In addition to elderly GPUs too old for the game (exactly like that GTX 260 is), onboard graphics chips frequently fail the same tests, and are not supported by the minimum requirements.

im not two knowledgeable about computers, but this is a recent cumputer, i played the firs garden warfare so i dont know about this problem

i dont have a windows key, yet im on a windows

It's between your Ctl and Alt keys.

Alternately, you can just open up the Start button and type "DXDiag" and push enter.
