OVERPOWERED AND UNFAIR But for the latest update, there is a card called “ QuickDraw con man “ .. sorry for the language but it’s ***** crazy, unfair and stupid !!! It’s sooo cheap ( the ch...
I just find it a little irritating that Plants have, by my count, 11 cards (12 if we include Galacta-Cactus), spread across 4 classes, that can do direct damage to a Zombie hero outside of combat:
Heartichoke
Sportacus
Admiral Navy Bean
Grapes of Wrath
Dandy Lion King
Electric Blueberry
Sonic Bloom
Sergeant Strongberry
Punish-Shroom
Astro-Shroom
Mirror-Nut
By contrast, Zombies have 5, and they're all in Crazy class:
Quickdraw Con Man
Jester
Tankylosaurus
Flamenco Zombie
Gas Giant
Not only that, but compared to some of the other ones, QCM's ability is a little lack-luster. Yes, he'll get in an extra damage each turn, plus more of the Plant player draws more cards, but if you put in too much card-gifting, you're just helping the opponent once they take out the QCM.
I'm not saying he may not need a slight balancing; I'm just saying Zombie players who have faced countless Admiral Navy Beans or Heartichokes may have trouble mustering up too much sympathy for the Plants' plight.

Zombie player claiming things are unfair right now. Not something you see often.
Who said anything about it being unfair? I don't mind a disparity in playstyles (since the game is asymmetric anyway); I'm just saying it seems odd that some Plant players are up in arms about a lesser version of what Zombie players have been dealing with for some time.

Ive been waiting for you to post. Nice to see you still pop in, if nothing else to look? Either way it good to see a name from a few months ago.
I agree with you, and have been saying for a while that the second half of the set is going to have a similar effect, just for different heroes.
I just hope that there's not a repeat of the past couple months, and I also hope that it doesn't turn from bickering to gloating and vice versa.
And he wasn't saying that zombies have it unfairly. It was just like you said, a * for tat, but when this thread was started with a conman to Astroshroom comparison, it's a decent point, and yeah I'm a zombie that plays plants, but I do play plants, and see both sides of the argument.
I still would like to know what would have been if all was just as it is except, clique peas never got neutered, and were still a powerhouse....
👊🏻 I still keep an eye on things but you’re right from one of your earlier post, boards have been rough for a while. I hope the devs can bring more balance to the game here soon. Asroshroom is absolutely a great card. In my opinion it’s much easier to counter than a QCM with only one health though.
i still have a few plant decks I can win with more than I lose. It seems like there’s only a few heros I can win consistently at the moment with but it is what it is.
