@Shadowphinx101 I get what you are saying, but my interpretation of your comments read (past tense) like this was carved in stone. @EA_David once told me in another thread on GW2 that PopCap NEVER responds to anything and that you have to go through EA for answers. So someone is either wrong or didn't communicate with me correctly. I don't follow the Discord, so I don't know who John is. Not trying to pick a fight with you as I routinely read a lot of your posts. I just want someone to stand up and own this.
@malfinman I appreciate the link to the other page here on the forum. The response is laughable, but you're just the messenger. I hate to say it, but this really shakes my confidence in these people, whether EA or PopCap, to the core. How can we rely on anyone to give us the correct information anymore? You'd think that a lot more people would be annoyed by this, but it seems like the sheep are content to graze.

You can't lead the horses to the trough to drink only to find it empty when they get there. This should have been addressed VERY early on in June. Shame on you guys. You're just proving to the rest of us who aren't big spenders that you really don't care. The two other people mentioned in this reply have been more responsive than EA has. Do something for the people keeping your games alive. This is not how you respect us or show us that our time is worth something. Keep your word and if you can't, stand up and own the mistake. Do you guys know ANYTHING about customer service? Because from everything I've read on various threads on various boards, you guys clearly don't give a crap.
