Rainbow stars chest glitch (pls help)

Question

Hi, I play on Xbox and I just opened a 50 rainbow star chest and it told me that I got the red sticker pack, but there was nothing above the machine and there was no pack inside, I also checked the red door in the gnomiverse. Please help

Just going to check, did you press triangle after going into the sticker shop? I have PS4 version so not sure which button it is for Xbox.
