Raise the flag 0.50xp when I have xp2.00 ugh! Fix pls

Can anyone explain this ?? How come in regular world I could have a xp2.00 and on all other game modes play xp2.00 I do the quest every day so I can maintain this status but when I play "Raise the fla...

Don't quote me but I think its meant to be that way. Also happens in a couple of solo game modes. I think it is so people won't abuse these game modes to level up quicker.
