Raise the flag 0.50xp when I have xp2.00 ugh!!

Can anyone explain this ?? How come in regular world I could have a xp2.00 and on all other game modes play xp2.00 I do the quest every day so I can maintain this status but when I play "Raise the fla...

It is set up like that so you can't just sit there and kill to farm high amounts of experience its more for fun.
