Hey @nemesisam
There are some steps you can try to resolve this:
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
4. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator
5. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Let us know if this works for you.
Thanks 🙂

Hi thank you for your answer. I already tried all of these twice. I searched a lot in the forums before I post mine... Nothing. And EA does not even give me a refund for an unplayble game.... My bad I did not tried it the moment I bought it and my worst move is that I tried to solve these issues. It took days...
