Rank 327 Game won't give me the Unicorn Chomper

So, I hit rank 313, went to the mailbox to try to get my "loyalty reward", the Unicorn Chomper, it checks and says "no new mail". I'm rank 327 now and it still won't give me the UC. I would REALLY appreciate being able to access what I am supposed to be able to use. Don't tell me I'll get something and then not not let me have it. I know there is a sad tendancy here of no responding. I AM a PAYING customer and I EXPECT a response. I expect issues to be handled, especially on promised content.

    To get the Unicorn Chomper, you have to achieve rank 313 in Garden Warfare 1. No way can you go up to 327 in GW1.

    As said above, the Unicorn Chomper is a special reward for hitting maximum rank in Garden Warfare 1. Grinding your way to Rank 313 in the first game means an investment of at least 200-250 hours if you play the game towards just ranking up rather than having fun or doing well and you have until February of 2017 to do it before the Loyalty program ends.
