Ranked Battle Arena Bug(?): Insanely Long Ban Time

I've had my share of disconnects (Due to wholly laggy servers considering I've found 60mbs usually works just fine, and I rarely used to crash out of GW2 back when I had 10mbs internet connection speeds) and legitimate quits, usually due to others doing so first and not wanting to waste time in an unfair match.

And I spent quite a bit of time grinding on this game, and mode. I wish the 5 loss penalty was a bit more clear, like, "At Rank B-, you will be set back four wins every five losses" rather than "one rank" as we're told. More importantly, rather than an ambiguous bar, I'd prefer a counter of wins until the next rank up, considering someone flubbed the bar visually filling up (from rank A- to A if I recall correctly) where it appeared to be full, but you'd need one last win to really rank up.

So, I'm not sure if this current ban of mine is a visual glitch, but I'd rather not wait until the release of Garden Warfare 6, or seventeen years, to be able to play ranked battle arena again.

Any explanation or help on this?

Additionally, the upgrade "Two-Headed Dragon" for the Wizard has been bugged for me and locked despite my being Grandmaster 3. Don't know if there's bound to be some work done on it or something, but considering a few others had this locked upgrade problem before (And the fact I had used it before in matches, and it seemed to work as intended), I could use some help with this as well.
